The Future-Ready Leader: Human–AI Growth Accelerator is designed for business leaders and managers in enterprises. Phase 1: 1-Day Kickoff Workshop

  • Case Studies: How global firms reposition talent
  • Action Roadmap: Draft individual & team repositioning plan

Phase 2: 12-Month Coaching & Implementation

A. Monthly Group Coaching (2 hours online)

  • AI tool adoption & productivity
  • Leadership in Human–AI collaboration
  • Ethics, governance & human-centered decision-making
  • Peer learning and progress sharing

B. Quarterly Action Sprints (3–4 hours)

C. Implementation Project

Each participant or team runs one AI-enabled project in their business unit, aligned with the quadrant framework. Results are reviewed quarterly.
