1. Course Objective

This course aims to equip business leaders, SME owners, and department heads with strategic understanding and hands-on skills to implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in business functions. Participants will learn how to use AI technologies like ChatGPT, Custom GPTs, prompt engineering. Participants will also understand what agentic AI is and how to improve productivity, decision-making, and growth outcomes.
